This site highlights paintings of dogs and cats where part of the proceeds go to helping animals in need. Last year alone, they raised $15,838 for needy animals of all shapes and sizes.

Scouts Are Having Fun At Our Pal’s Place
12 April 2007Every Saturday morning (minus the mornings of new volunteer training) we have local girl scout troops at the facility to learn about pet overpopulation, the importance of spay/neuter and keys to pet ownership. After the classroom time, the girls then get to spend some ‘quality time’ with our pups— washing, brushing, walking, and playing.
